In the darkness of the night
I wait for thee
In the shadow of the tree
i wait for thee

For no one would I so
For I wait for thee
For thou art so rare
For I wait for thee

Within my deepest spot
I dream of thee
For all eternity
I dream of thee

I wait for thee now
and for all time
For now and forever
I wait for thee

Thy breath like candy
Thy words like wine
Thy skin so smooth
Thy mind so fine

I wait for thee now
and until death
I shall wait for thee
for all time

I see naught but beauty
wild yet tame
thy lips like rainbows
to brighten my day

For you, my answer is yes
I do, I do
For you, my heart is
for ever and ever

And so, until we meet again
I must say so
That I very much do
Love you so
