A lost soul
in the darkness
He wanders forever
Lost throughout time
He wanders alone
Searching for love
Perhaps he will
Perhaps he won't
Hope dost glimmer
Yet tis false
He moves on
Searching once more
Will he find
his treasured love
Or be damned
For all time
Here and there
He find hope
Yet no success
Lets him rest
His only find
Was another's love
She loved another
So he left
He hides behind
His new treasure
Will she let
him rest now
Only time tells
And so shall
In time coming
He will know
And if not
if it fails
He'll move on
He'll find another
His search ends
or it continues
Until he finds
His true love
