Down the Darkest Path

Soul wandering alone
Down the darkest path
Across the barren lands and pits
The valley of the shadow of death

Darkest tunnel in the night
Claim the final light
In a heart that was once pure
As the purest crystal glass

Dark goddess of the underworld
Riseth thou in the blackest twilight
Twirl the crystal ball in thine hands
Submit thineself to the night

Awaken in the empty tomb
Wrapped in the shadow created
Lost to the world of the living
Queen of death, queen of the damned

Life sucked from her soul
Imprisoned in loneliness' eye
Blood dripping from her lonely heart
Symbol of loss and shattered dreams
