Speeding

Towns fly by the window
Late at night, oh dark hundred
Head pressed against the window
Speeding towards the light
Darkness running on it's heels

Been times I've wanted to die
Give up, forsake it all and live
In an easier life, a happier life
But no, I'm still here, still alive
And I'm coming towards the light

Thoughts fly through my head
Will it still be there?
Or will things be different
Is this all in vain
Or is there light at the end

Towns fly by the window
Late at night, oh dark hundred
I speed towards the future
Carried by a giant coach
I speed towards my love
