Slipping off into another world
Fantasy thoughts play out
I imagine us together
Holding hands and laughing quietly

I see a cliff and an ocean
Waves crashing at the base
A perfect moment of happiness
Exploring these wonders together

Day turns to dusk
As we walk on a beach
Sunset explodes in the western sky
As we sit in an embrace

Starry nights are spent
Dancing under a moonlit sky
Fireflies flit about
As I rest my head on your heart
