What one will ignore
I will now persue
What one would have me abandon
I shall never turn from

Should it lead into darkness
Into myst and shadow
I will not be detered
From the path I have chosen

Should she abandon all hope
Mine will be there
Should she lack the will
I will carry her

Should she lack the courage
To face the torment of others
My courage will hold us up
As we face the torment together

Though it may lead to heartache
Rejection and pain
I still will not turn
For love guides my steps

Believe in me
Believe in my love
For it is true and strong
And it will never go out
