Walking Along

Walking along
through the darkness
seems not so lonely
with you beside me

Walking along
hand in hand
stopping so often
So I may hold you

Walking along
On a warm night
in the heat of June
Our love so strong

Walking alone
Kissing now again
Warmm lips on mine
How lucky I am

Walking along
Then I awake
All a dream
You're still with him

Walking along
Now I'm alone
I think and ponder
The twists of life

Walking along
I ponder why
Life showed me you
After you were taken

Walking along
I imagine you're here
But you are not
And so I suffer

Walking along
Walking along
I wonder if
he'll treat you right
If he'll walk along

Walking along
I know he will
And if he does not
Remember me always

Walking along
I'll always dream
Of us very two
Walking along this stream
