The Long Road

A long road
Many potholes
Many adventures
Many chances

Dark, at night
Speeding along
Sad songs playing
Heart rending

Everything fits
Nothing works
Trapped and alone
In this perfect world

Explosives surround
Ready to light off
The slightest touch
And I break down

Lost forever
Without her
In the dark
On a long road

Called Life
